My dad smoked throughout college,but when he wanted to stop, he literally just stopped smoking cold turkey. He said that he didn’t have any withdrawal side affects. i have heart palpaptions for this reason and i been stopping smoking cause i felt the palpatations starting to happen and i wanna know would this soon stop on its own and i went to the doctor and they ran test and found nothing wrong with my heart could anyboy answer this for me?????????
