Hi, Im quitting smoking. I’ve smoked about 10-15 cigarettes a day since i was 14, im 22 now. I’m using patches and I havent smoked since Sunday night. It’s now 5.30pm on Tuesday in Ireland, so I’m doing pretty well.

I’m trying to quit smoking. I used to smoke about 10 or 15 a day, and have cut down to just one in the afternoon (when I wake up) and around this time-like 1 am, just had one a few minutes ago.
