ok man here is how you do it i have been smoking for 25 years .if you are really ready to stop. first you have to think about you and your life for the past 12 years think about how you really feel when you are stoned.think about all the things you shy away from and how it makes your brain work your brain dont work so good it seems when you stop you stop.there will be no smoking 2 or 3 or 4 days later you have to deal with that . about a week or 2 later you will be feeling like a new person the person you have not seen in a long time and think about how good you feel every day think about how good it feels to be free of weed and how nice life is with out it . i feel so good now i just want to tell everyone i know how much i love how i feel .and you will feel the same trust me . when you are really ready to stop flush what you have get rid of it . you wont feel right for about a week or so but trust me you can do it i know you can cause i did . and i love life again and life is sweet i can talk to anyone i want to and you can to just trust me ok get mad about the way it has been making you feel please trust me on this you will feel better than you do when you smoke .and there will be times when you will be like dang i would like to smoke . but just blow passed it and it will go away . if you do this you can feel as good as me maybe better but i dont think it can get any better than this unless i win the lotto
