Please Help Me… I Can’t Quit Smoking?

i smoke a pack of ciggaratte a day and then i stopped smoking about 10 months and now i started to smoke again i i find out that i’m smoke about 1.5 pack a day and i wanna stop smoking but i can’t stop smoking it, i have sign of hurt in lower chest and it probably lung. someone tell me do i have lung cancer? i want to stop smoking but i can’t and i don’t wanna die, please help me….

    You are just a weak person. How can anybody help you when you know for fact that it is killing you and you still keep on going. It’s very easy to stop/quit…I have done it so many times.
    There are some pills that can help with the cravings but your best weapon is dedication.
    You need to learn how to say “NO” to bad things…just like what we try to teach our kids…be the example.
