If you’re drinking enough water, you will be ready to maintain optimal body temperature. Besides, drinking sufficient water also ensures efficient metabolic function. Further on, consuming more water would lead to frequent pissing. This helps dispel toxins from your system. Also, water helps you are feeling full so you are bound to hunger for less for food.

Thirdly, eat plenty of fibrous food. The diet you take should contain lots of fiber. Fibrous food is essential for two reasons. First, since fiber rich foods are slow to digest, they stay in the body for long and therefore keep away hunger. This prevents you from eating often which can lead to gaining weight. Fiber rich food keeps the stomach full for long periods. And second, a fiber rich diet flushes out additional cholesterol, so keeping your heart healthy. So, a fiber rich diet can give you more energy and you may use this energy to exercise more to dump the calories.

Finally, ensure that your belly doesn’t remain empty by taking small meals at small intervals. This is necessary to avoid overeating which may result in additional pounds.. Your ‘in between’ meals should include only small snacks and fresh fruits.

I am 16 weeks pregnant and still kind of smoking. i smoke maybe 2 or 3 a day and some days i don’t smoke at all. i had my first ultra sound and the doctor said that me and the baby look healthy! im happy about that but i still feel very guilty about smoking, especially since my boyfriend thinks that i have completely stopped because i dont smoke with him around. i smoke mostly in the car so i was wondering if anyone had any tips for me to help me stop! thankk you.

I find that if I can smoke a joint every couple days, it helps take the edge of not having cigs. I’m trying to quit with my dad because if he doesn’t quit he’s going to die.
