Nobody wants to be controlled. You should hate the cigarette. This is the first step towards quitting. Knowing that you truly want to quit and believing it. Now, you just resist the urges by doing things you normally don’t do when you were smoking. Go swimming for example. Read support forums on the web. Cut up straws and pretend they are cigarettes.
