Im not ugly in the face due to smoking nor do i have yellow/brown teeth
but i smoked since a young age, and now i wanna stop.
Right now, im sitting coughing and breathing with a weeze (if you understand) and when i cough i taste blood.
i want to quit smoking
any tips?

tell them the more they nag you the more you will get stressed therefore you will smoke even more
if that doesnt work nag them about something they do

I can not stop smoking i have tried for the last two years but every time i finish a pack i can not talk myself out of buying another. i want to know how i could post all over the web for everyone to not smoke or buy smokes for just one day. i know this is a never ending war but if i have no other options to quit myself i have tried it all and running out of ideas!

i even went to a place where there were people smoking and access to buying them, but I didn’t do it! Even though I was tempted. I still get the urges though.

I smoke a pack a day at least and whenever I hear one of those commercials to stop smoking I need a cigarette … even when they’re telling me I’m going to die if I don’t quit.

I’m going to try Chantix to stop smoking. But I was wondering if there is anyone out there who has tried it. Or if there is another way that you have tried. And would you recomend it? How long has it been since you stopped?

How can i get my girl friend to stop smoking cigarettes. She has been smoking for about a year now. She says that she loves me really much and will do anything for me, but i want to tell her that if she keeps smoking then im just gonna leave her. How could i tell her? She already knows that i dont like it when she smokes. She says that she will try to quit, but i think she is just saying that.
